Program Director – Supply Chain & Procurement

Are you an expert in supply chain management and procurement? We’re looking for a Program Director to lead and shape the future of our supply chain and procurement programs at Blue Ocean Corporation, a global leader in learning and consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, execution, and management of supply chain and procurement programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client needs.
• Design and update course content, training modules, and certification programs in supply chain management and procurement to maintain cutting-edge relevance.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to assess training needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure delivery of high-quality training outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technological advancements, and best practices in supply chain management and procurement to incorporate into program offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth program delivery and high levels of participant satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and certification bodies to enhance program credibility and visibility.
• Drive continuous program enhancements through participant feedback, assessment results, and evolving industry requirements.
• Represent Blue Ocean Corporation at relevant conferences, events, and networking platforms within the supply chain and procurement sectors.
• Provide consulting support to clients in supply chain and procurement, offering expertise on best practices and process optimization.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is required; additional professional certifications are considered a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sectors such as logistics, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience in the training or university sector is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain trends, procurement strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in India
