Experience: 5+ years of experience with Zoho applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize Zoho CRM to align with internal departmental workflows and processes.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation, and custom modules to enhance
    functionality.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Zoho CRM with other systems and tools.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on Zoho Creator to support internal operations.
  • Enhance existing Zoho Creator applications for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for internal use.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to understand their workflows and challenges.
  • Provide consulting and recommendations to streamline processes using Zoho solutions.
  • Work in collaboration with technical teams and department leads to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with internal systems (e.g., HR, accounting, and project management tools).
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for Zoho applications.
  • Conduct user training and develop documentation for internal teams.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Zoho certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Zoho modules, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in API integration and Deluge scripting for automation and customization.
  • Skilled in data migration, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM.
  • Familiarity with third-party tools and integrations.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve Zoho application issues efficiently.
