How does the affiliate partnership work?

Approved affiliates promote eligible Blue Ocean programmes using authorised referral links, forms or processes. When an eligible referral successfully completes the required enrolment and payment conditions, the affiliate may earn commission according to the agreed terms.

Do I need previous training-sales experience?

No. Previous experience may be helpful, but it is not mandatory. Approved affiliates receive programme information, marketing resources and guidance to help them promote eligible programmes effectively.

How much can I earn?

Affiliate earnings depend on the eligible programme, enrolment value, referral category, successful conversion volume and the applicable commission structure. Before activation, approved applicants will receive the commission terms relevant to their affiliate category.

Which programmes can I promote?

Affiliates may promote selected professional certifications, corporate-training solutions, university programmes, Mastering Business Excellence programmes, conferences and industry events. The final programme list will be confirmed during onboarding.

How are referrals tracked?

Approved affiliates will receive access to the applicable referral process or tracking platform. Eligible leads, enrolments and commissions will be recorded according to the tracking and attribution rules in the Affiliate Agreement.

When are commissions approved?

Accepted Answer

Commission is approved after the referred learner or organisation completes the applicable enrolment, payment and eligibility requirements. Refunded, cancelled, duplicate, invalid or previously registered referrals may not qualify.

What happens if a learner cancels or requests a refund?

Commission eligibility will be adjusted according to the cancellation and refund terms stated in the Affiliate Agreement.

Will Blue Ocean provide marketing materials?

Approved affiliates may receive programme brochures, approved creatives, banners, email content, referral links and other promotional resources.

Can I run paid advertisements?

Accepted Answer

Paid advertising may only be used according to Blue Ocean's affiliate marketing and brand guidelines. Affiliates must not use unapproved advertisements, make misleading claims or bid on restricted Blue Ocean brand terms without written approval.

Affiliate availability, programme eligibility and payment options may vary by market. The Affiliate Team will confirm the applicable conditions after reviewing the application.

Is there a fee to join?

No. There is no fee to apply or join the programme.

How long is a referral assigned to me?

Accepted Answer

Referrals are not permanently assigned to you. You receive the referral benefit whenever an eligible purchase is made using your unique referral code.

What happens if two affiliates refer the same learner?

Attribution is based on the referral code used at enrolment. The referral bonus is credited to the affiliate whose code is applied to the purchase.
