Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure all HR policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Maintain records for health, safety, and attendance in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure that employee information, contracts, and documentation are properly organized and stored.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Process and manage employee leave requests and absences using Zoho.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and HR processes, ensuring clear communication in Arabic.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits programs, and incentives to ensure competitive compensation and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing HR reports such as leave balances, training records, and performance data.
- Handle employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in ensuring company policies are compliant with UAE labor laws.
- Support HR in preparing documentation for regulatory requirements and audits.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information in line with company policies.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.
- Support HR in organizing internal events, such as employee training, team-building activities, and other engagement initiatives.
Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent time-management skills and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage employee relations effectively.
- Experience with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
