Consultant – Supply Chain Transformation

Job Overview:
As a Consultant – Supply Chain Transformation, you

• will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ supply chain strategies, utilizing your expertise to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• You will be involved in pre-sales activities, leading RFP responses and proposal preparations.
• Independently managing client projects or workstreams within larger transformational initiatives.
• will leverage your knowledge of various ASCM and ISM frameworks to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients’ strategic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in pre-sales activities by collaborating with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and requirements.
• Respond to RFPs and tenders, crafting comprehensive proposals/ presentations that align with client expectations and our expertise.
• Conduct client presentations during pre-sales pitches, effectively showcasing our expertise and tailored supply chain solutions.
• Engage in supply chain process assessments, performing detailed analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement actionable strategies for supply chain optimization, incorporating both operational enhancements and technology applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder requirements, design effective supply chain processes, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to explore trends, patterns, and key areas of improvement within clients’ supply chains.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented improvements, making iterative adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Provide training and guidance to client teams on best practices in supply chain management and transformation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements related to supply chain transformations and related methodologies.
• Independently manage client projects or workstreams, demonstrating strong project management skills and effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain consulting or transformation roles.
• Proven experience with the SCOR DS Framework, TLP, Talent Assessment, Digital Maturity Assessment, SCOR Mark Benchmark, Global Health Supply Chain Maturity Model, and Sustainability Excellence Standard, as set forth by ASCM.
• Strong pre-sales experience with a successful track record in responding to RFPs and developing winning proposals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to assess complex supply chain situations and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modelling tools is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognized certification body is preferred.
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and methodologies, such as 8D Problem Solving, TQM, EFQM, and ISO standards, is a plus.
