Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Generate leads through various ways such as cold calling, networking and attending industry events
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies including identifying key markets, segments and tactics to penetrate them.
- Learn details about the product (courses) and services offered
- Effectively address any questions or issues customers may arise
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on client requirements and capabilities
- Keep an updated customer database.
Specifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers in a conversation.
- Ability to handle different types of enquiries from customers related to the company’s products.
- Efficiency in implementing effective sales strategies, including identifying key markets, segments, and tactics to penetrate them.
