HR Officer – Arabic

Location: Dubai
2-3 years of experience in HR operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure all HR policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Maintain records for health, safety, and attendance in both Arabic and English.
  • Ensure that employee information, contracts, and documentation are properly organized and stored.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Process and manage employee leave requests and absences using Zoho.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and HR processes, ensuring clear communication in Arabic.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits programs, and incentives to ensure competitive compensation and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports such as leave balances, training records, and performance data.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in ensuring company policies are compliant with UAE labor laws.
  • Support HR in preparing documentation for regulatory requirements and audits.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information in line with company policies.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.
  • Support HR in organizing internal events, such as employee training, team-building activities, and other engagement initiatives.

Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent time-management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage employee relations effectively.
  • Experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
