Module eleven is devoted to it: the purpose and scope of a gifts and hospitality policy, acceptable versus unacceptable gifts and value limits, cultural sensitivities and the stricter rules for government officials, and the training, penalties and whistleblower protections that make a policy stick. Modules nine and ten set the context by showing how corruption appears, the fraud triangle and common vendor, invoice and inventory fraud schemes.
